Reports timing out?

Hi,

Trying to run a report of net sales annual by sector for the past twelve years I am getting repeated failed statuses. The message is simply

Report run started

Run failed with unexpected error

Run Failed

There are two issues here - the error handling is giving no indication of what is going wrong, which is not ideal. I suspect the report is timing out, which is the second issue - this should be a report the use is able to run - looking at a decade of data shouldn't be excessive.
