File Loader - Completeness checks

Once a file has loaded a message is displayed confirming the file has loaded successfully, before doing a completeness test. The completeness checks by way of an email arrives 2/3 mins later to alert the user that the file has actually failed, but by then the user assumes the files have already loaded successfully and can continue with their work, not realising the file has failed.

This is worrying as the system should have some way of indicating to the user the process is still doing the completeness checks. This also means we have to do more chasing with the user to inform them the completeness checks have failed. This needs to be revisited urgently.
