Data display for time period to be changed to rows instead of columns

As per Ben email, we would prefer the output of the raw data to be displayed so that the time periods are displayed as rows and not columns. FundAnalyser does not allow flexibility in whether the report time period are displayed as columns or rows, where as ECHOweb gives the use this flexibility.
