Raw Data download

Porting over some of the original Echoweb functionality to download a unpivoted raw data file. The following two reports will be available to download: Industry_FUMSales_ExcludeWrapper.xlsx Industry_SalesOnlybyChannel_PostJan2010.xlsx No period date, instead specify start and end start post be post 2010, max range 12 years.

System Time out

I've noticed that if there's no activity on the system for a certain period, it times out and displays an error message. This has been causing some inconvenience as it disrupts the workflow. Could you please look into this issue and see if there's a way to extend the timeout duration or provide a solution to avoid this interruption? screenshot below for details.

Dashboard search bar

I've encountered while searching for funds using the IA fund code via the search bar on the dashboard. Unfortunately, this search method doesn't seem to be working as expected. I've attached a screenshot (Screenshot A & B) that shows the results to give you a clearer picture of the situation. Could you please confirm if this is the correct way to search for a fund record? Additionally, we would like to suggest repositioning the 'All Funds' page on the dashboard for easier access. I believe this change would enhance usability and help to make the system more intuitive to use and improve our workflow. Screenshot A Screenshot B
